Our Process

We believe exceptional interiors are not rushed — they are thoughtfully researched, meticulously detailed and delivered with unwavering care.

Our methodology ensures clarity at every stage, from the first conversation to the final installation.

Our Services
  • Person wearing black long sleeve shirt writing in a notebook with a white pen at a wooden table.

    01. Initial Consultation

Your project begins with a personal conversation — in person or via video.
We discuss the scope, architectural context, design aspirations, functional needs and investment level.

    What we cover:
    – Your vision and lifestyle requirements
    – Design goals and priorities
    – Budget and timeline parameters
    – How we work and what to expect

Following this meeting, you will receive a tailored proposal outlining the scope of work and fees.

  • People working on architectural plans or blueprints at a table with a laptop and calculator.

    02. Discovery & Site Analysis

Once engaged, we undertake a deep dive into the project’s context.
This stage is about understanding the existing architecture, natural light, spatial flow, and any heritage or structural considerations.

    This may include:
    – Site visit and detailed measurements
    – Existing condition documentation
    – Architectural review (for renovations or extensions)
    – Understanding constraints and opportunities

The goal is to design with intention — responding to the home rather than imposing upon it.

  • A fanned-out color swatch sample book on a wooden surface, displaying various shades of paint or fabric colors.

    03. Concept Design

    Here, your project takes shape.
We translate your brief into a clear visual direction, presenting a cohesive design concept encompassing materials, palette, mood and architectural detailing.

    Deliverables typically include:
    – Visual mood boards
    – Material palettes and finishes
    – Preliminary floor plan adjustments
    – Concept sketches and styling direction

This stage ensures alignment before progressing into detailed design.

    04. Design Development

We refine the concept into a fully resolved design.
Every material, joinery detail, fitting and finish is selected with purpose and cohesion.

    This stage includes:
    – Finalised layouts
    – Detailed joinery drawings
    – Lighting and electrical plans
    – Furniture, fittings and equipment (FF&E) selection
    – Refined palettes and samples

Clients receive a comprehensive design package, ensuring absolute clarity on how the finished spaces will look and function.

  • Person signing a document at a table, with papers and a bouquet of flowers nearby.

    05. Documentation

Precision documentation allows builders and trades to execute the design faithfully.
We produce fully detailed drawings, schedules and specifications, ready for tender and construction.

    Documentation may include:
    – Construction drawings
    – Joinery details
    – Materials and finishes schedules
    – Electrical, plumbing and lighting documentation
    – Tender pack for builder pricing

This ensures accuracy, cost certainty and seamless communication on site.

    06. Procurement & Project Coordination

If engaged for procurement and coordination, we manage the sourcing, ordering and delivery of all FF&E items.
This service provides clients with access to trade-only suppliers and ensures every piece arrives as intended.

    We manage:
    – Supplier engagement
    – Quotes and order management
    – Logistics and delivery coordination
    – Liaison with builders and trades

Our role is to streamline the process and safeguard design integrity.

  • Construction worker walking at a construction site with unfinished concrete and scaffolding.

    07. Construction Phase Support

Throughout the build, we remain involved to ensure the project is executed with accuracy and craftsmanship.

    This typically involves:
    – Site visits
    – Builder and trade coordination
    – Design clarification as required
    – Reviewing prototypes, finishes and samples
    – Addressing unforeseen site conditions

We act as your design advocate from start to finish.

    08. Installation & Styling

Once construction is complete, we oversee installation of furniture, artwork and decorative elements.
This is where the home comes together — layered, refined and deeply considered.

    This includes:
    – Furniture placement
    – Installation of soft furnishings
    – Art curation and styling
    – Final quality checks

The result is a home that feels complete, intentional and distinctly yours.

    09. Handover & Aftercare

At project completion, you receive a full handover package, including care instructions and maintenance recommendations.

We remain available for future advice, additional rooms, or evolving lifestyle needs.
Many clients choose to continue the relationship as their home grows and changes.
